Venom processes audio in two stages. First, it captures and accumulates snapshots of ringtones in a "freeze" phase, then applies audio effects continuously to create feedback. This allows the output signal to change over time (like the reverb tail of an echo). A subsequent direct output stage applies user-defined spectral manipulations to the signal.
Seven creative audio effects form all kinds of spectral processing. Focus, Phase, Decay, and Damping create unusual and beautiful sonic atmospheres. Mirroring, Pitch & Slope generate experimental spectral transformations. Other unique soundscapes allow any combination of these.
