Leapwing is proud to announce our new vocal processor, UltraVox. A set-and-forget plug-in designed for songwriters, producers, and engineers who want to achieve great vocal sounds quickly. It comes with four unique algorithms, each optimized to work with any type of vocal. Compression aims to remove peaks in your vocal performance, balance your vocals, and achieve a consistent level without unwanted artifacts. The gentle and very musical gate serves two purposes: one is to reduce room noise, and the other is to reduce breathing and mouth sounds caused by compression. Harmonics gives beautiful coloration to almost any vocal, and Air allows you to add crispness to your vocals without introducing harshness.

- Four interacting highly tuned algorithms aimed at getting a quick voice include:
- Compression - Single-band soft-knee compression with program-dependent (short) attack and (long) release time variable
- Gate - Program-dependent (medium-length) attack and (short) release time also variable, aims to get rid of room noise
- Harmonics - Mainly 2nd and 3rd order harmonics that give vocals a refined character.
- Air - Equalization focuses around 12kHz to give you sparkling vocals without harshness. It has boost and cut functions, so it's useful for toning up vocals.
