KSHMR Chain is powered by an advanced concept that significantly improves your mixing and production workflow. The plugin has two parts: a "leader" and a "follower." Add the leader on one track to load the plugin, add the follower on another track and link them with a click. Once linked, the follower automatically copies all plugins and their settings from the leader. Any adjustments made to the leader's plugin settings are instantly executed on all followers linked to it. This means you get instant unison feedback from your mixing decisions.
Effects such as Autotune should be used on individual tracks, not on busses or groups. This is because different vocals require specific corrections at different times. If you want to adjust multiple Autotune settings, you usually have to jump between instances to change pitch or readjust speed. Similarly, when you use effects such as compression on a bus or group, it is applied to the entire track, not to the individual tracks. This is not always ideal, as the compressor cannot take into account the differences between each track and instead acts on the combined signal.
