The analog-style compressor/limiter plugin "VintageWarmer2" from PSP Audioware, which delivers a rich and warm sound with high-precision signal processing algorithms to meet the needs of mixing and mastering engineers, is now 53% off at $69.
VintageWarmer2 is a high-quality digital simulation of analog-style single or multiband compressors and limiters. It combines rich, warm analog processing with a user-friendly interface and comes with a comprehensive library of presets. The plugin processor is highly flexible and can be used for both soft-knee compression and brickwall limiting, making it an essential tool for mixing and mastering engineers. The overload characteristics of PSP Vintage Warmer have been meticulously considered, allowing the processor to generate the saturation effect characteristic of analog tape recorders. PSP Vintage Warmer also incorporates professional VU and PPM meters and an accurate overload indicator, ensuring professional-quality results.
This plugin is ideal for optimizing recording density and average signal level during mixing or mastering. It shapes the recording's dynamics during mixing, adds warmth to individual tracks or the full mix, and feeds it to individual tracks or the full mix using analog tape-style compression.
VintageWarmer2 includes three versions:
PSP MicroWarmer offers the same sound quality as its larger sibling, but features a simplified single-band interface and low-latency performance optimized for individual track use.
PSP VintageWarmer (LE) is a direct descendant of the original PSP VintageWarmer, retaining all its strengths, including lower resource usage and reduced latency.
PSP VintageWarmer2's main additional feature is the FAT double sampling mode, enabling further analog sound processing.
