Martinic "Scanner Vibrato", a vibrato effect plug-in that emulates the tonewheel organ's scanner vibrato effect, is now 50% off and priced at $19!

Martinic "Scanner Vibrato" is a plug-in that emulates the scanner vibrato of a vintage tonewheel organ.

Unlike the real instrument, it not only allows you to vary the rate, depth, and stereo width, but can also be used on instruments other than organs to achieve interesting sounds.

Scanner Vibrato is a virtual effect plug-in that aims to recreate the scanner vibrato effect from the famous tonewheel organ. The original scanner vibrato was developed in the 1940s and was an analog electromechanical device consisting of an analog delay wire and a mechanical rotor ("scanner"). The rotor was driven by the organ's internal motor and its speed was fixed at approximately 6.9 Hz. The original Scanner Vibrato was capable of producing both chorus and vibrato effects and offered three depth presets.

Martinic Scanner Vibrato is strictly modeled after the original Scanner Vibrato, thus offering the same features (and flaws) and fully preserving the characteristics of the original effect. However, Scanner Vibrato is more flexible. You can adjust the rate, depth, and even stereo width. And best of all, Scanner Vibrato can be applied not only to organ sounds, but also to guitars, synthesizers, and any other sound you like.
